    Q) What programs recruited you coming out of High School ?

    A) big 12, Utah, Pittsburg, WV, LA Tech, TCU, Oklahoma, GA Tech, Kansas ST, and etc

    Q) Growing up who did you mold your game after , and who where your favorite player's ?

    A) Ladanian Tomlinson was the RB I mold my game after. Marshall Faulk/Percy harvin/Reggie Bush

    Q) What do you feel is your best attribute as a team mate ( not as a player ) ?
    A) Leadership is my best attribute. In also the confidence that I can bring to a locker room will be great.

    Q) What do you feel is your biggest attribute as a player ( can be Physical / Mental aspect?
    A) I bring versatility, the athlete that can do it all. I'm that guy that wants the ball in his hands late in the game. I'm mentality focus during the game in well prepared at all times. I'm great in space with the ball in my hands

    Q) How much time do you spend in the weight room on the average week ?
    A) There are no days off with me the grind never stops. 7 days a week I take Sundays off to relax in get back on my feet. The weight room is my home

    Q) How many hours of film study do you normally have on any given game week ?
    A) I study over time to prepare myself for the next game. The greats study film that's how you become great by studying your opponents every move. I put in numerous of hours of studying each week. I still continue to this day to study the Percy harvins game.

    Q) Are you the hardest worker on every team you lace them up for or

    just one of the most naturally gifted ?
    A) I was both gifted in the hardest worker on any given team, each of my strength coaches can vouch for that. God has blessed me to make great plays throughout my career.

    Q) Is there anything specific you look for on tape in terms of how to exploit your opponent?
    A) Most definitely, I look for the weak opponents. I study for lanes in how aggressive are the LBs and safeties. Looking for was to attack the defense with abilities to make people miss.

    Q) What blocking scheme do you feel fits your running style better

    a man up power scheme or a zone blocking scheme ?

    A) I can do both. It's all about adjustments in the NFL. However, make sure you prepare for both mentally and physically

    Q) Outside of football the one person who had the

    biggest positive effect on your life and why /how

    A) My beautiful daughter has had the biggest effect on my life. The change of identity I had to assure myself that things had to change. The challenge she has put on me to provide for her. She has helped me focus my life out tremendously because of the blessing she has put in my life. Alicia Spikes Daddy love you

    Q) If you had one memory you could frame and hang on your wall from playing football

    there what would it be ?

    A) The Catch I made against Oklahoma state to take the lead before half time is one memory I could frame.

    Q) If you could change 1 thing in your life from the last 10 years what would it be and why?
    A) In general just make better decisions in life.

    Q)Do you have any rituals or pregame habbit that get you primed and ready to go ?
    A) Nothing major. Thanking the man above for all the blessing. Prepare myself for a great game

    Q) Doing a quick google search I see lots of sites come back with you

    in mentions ESPN being one of them how humbling is that ?

    A) Very humbling. I'm honored and bless to have those mentions about ESPN. The grind doesn't stop just because those things are occurring. The success becomes of my grind not because of a write up

    Q) I see some Percy Harvin like things in your game do you study him a lot or is it just coincidence ?
    A) I study Percy a lot he was one of my favorite players coming out of college in now in the Pros. Great player! I still study all the great things he does to better my game.

    Q) Who do you best compare / model your game after and why ?
    A) I would have to say Percy Harvin just because the amount of film I study of him. Percy is the guy

    Q)One thing that caught my eye watching tape on you is your vision you seem to know just when to make the cut and turn on the speed , is that God Given ability or is it a credit to quality coaching?
    A) It comes with the film studying in knowing what players like to do on certain plays. God has bless me with great talent. The coaches job is to prepare you but they can't play for you. I have been told my vision is what makes me do what I do.

    Q) What does your training regime consist of since the season is over and the draft is now on its way ?
    A) Explosion, loosening the hips up. Preparing myself for certain drills that scouts will want to see.

    Q) Any special dietary things you try to stick with in this perhaps most important off season of your life ?
    A) Proteins in stay hydrated as much as possible. Eat healthy in prepare my body for the NFL training.

    Q) If you could have just 5 min. with a GM to tell him why he should draft you what do you tell him ?
    A) You are getting a player that understands the game of football. A player that's dedicated to his craft a player that wants his team to give everything they have on any given Sunday. However, you are getting player that brings leadership and accountability to your organization. In addition, you are getting a player that will play multiple positions to help the team win multiple championships. I'm a player that attacks the defense in is willing to make plays anywhere on the field. That's the player you are drafting.
