Phillips will be a 25-year-old rookie with the medical concern of undergoing a neck fusion surgery in 2014.
kind of surprised at Cunningham's 40 time he plays much fast ( must be the great instincts ) no wasted time ...
Phillips is a nice player but the neck fusion scares me and the Steelers normally shy away from 25 year old rookies esp with high/ mid round draft picks ( and I believe he is considered a 3rd-4th round option ) if anything they seem to like the juniors and having that extra early year of development
